Adam ARCLIGHT

Leader of the powerful organization Simeon. He starts a "Hunt for needless", on which he experiments, which results in a heavy rebellion against him. After slaughtering almost all the rebels he receives a report of a survivor, saved by a father. Then he sends the Elite fours- his strongest needless, to kill both the father and the boy. Both he and Adam Blade are known to be clones of The Second - the original needless known to have the powers of all the needless.
