Hiryu

Hiryu is a puppet created by Homurabi and serves as one of his five children. She first made her appearance next to Homurabi in Chapter 15 of the manga and was not featured in the anime. She follows Homurabi's orders to attack Akira Nikaido and his group with her abilities to control ice and snow.

It is later revealed that she was originally created by Ryuko and holds his memories.
