Kiyoba

She's like a grandmother to Iku. The children often address her as grandmother, auntie or old lady. She's 99 years old and has three children, which left the island already. A daughter of her lives in France nowadays, while the other two children remained in Japan: Osaka and Kyoto.

She died at the age at an age of 99 years in the 67th chapter of the Manga (Volume 8).
