Barbara is a former Lambda 7214 (aka Λ7214) experiment. She eats a lot, and as a result of the experiments that were done on her she has inherited superhuman strength. At age 12, she was shipped from Goodwill Ridge to Lambda along with her close friend Cislo. Goodwill is one of the four premium farms.

She likes to eat demon meat because she is "pissed off" that humans are the only ones getting eaten. It seems to be safe to do, as she shows no symptoms of it affecting her.
