Jin Enjouji is Momo Ayase's childhood friend and first crush. After his parents were hospitalized as a result of his house being haunted, Enjouji moved in with Momo and Seiko and transferred over to Momo's school.

Jiji comes off as being a very hyper-active young man who likes to express himself with dramatic mannerisms and expressions. He also has a habit of usually ending his sentences with strange verbal tics and is known to be very athletic and enjoy sports, primarily soccer. Past his initial over-the-top presentation, Jiji is a good-natured guy who deeply values his friendships and is committed to protecting those close to him, striving to improve himself and act as a reliable ally in moments of danger. Despite his immaturity, Jiji demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and empathy.

He later gets possessed by a mountain yokai called the Evil Eye. Thus, whenever he touches cold water, Evil Eye comes out, and when he touches hot water, he is himself.
