Vivian was a Great Mother class fairy born in the inner sea of the planet. Vivian granted Artoria Pendragon Excalibur and Rhongomyniad. Vivian imprisoned Merlin in a tower where he remains even now. Morgan le Fay was considered her counterpart.
Vivian was also known as Nimue, the fairy who raised Lancelot and gave him his sword Arondight.
