Arturo Castañeda Mendoza is a Mexican voice actor. He is known for being the Latin American Spanish voice of Barry Allen / Flash in the DC Extended Universe, Mike Chang in Glee and Justin Russo in Wizards of Waverly Place.
He's the son of Mario Castañeda and Rommy Mendoza and the brother of Carla Castañeda.
