Manoel Garcia Júnior is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, singer, dubbing director, translator, and radio host. He is the son of the late voice actor Garcia Neto and former voice actress Dolores Machado.

Garcia held the position of creative director at Disney Character Voices International Inc. for 16 years, between 1995 and 2011, when he was replaced by Marina Appelt and Raúl Aldana, respectively.
