Biography

Martin Bashir is a British television journalist. He has worked both in the UK and United States. His revealing 1995 interview with Princess Diana made his name internationally known, while subsequent revelations of the lies and subterfuge he employed to obtain the interview resulted in a public apology and repudiation by the BBC and Bashir’s resignation.
