Suga is a freelancer and a journalist, but others would call him a snitch or a rat. He sells scoops to newspapers and magazines and depending on the scoop he blackmails people for money on it. He also drives a sports car.

The first time we see Suga is when he meets Joe while he is out doing his road work and then he explains that he has been following and been a fan of Joe ever since Joe got out of Juvie.

Later on in the story he gets information on Yong-bi kim and some other opponents for Joe.
