Guillotine Cutter is the archbishop of a new religion he created in which believes that he is god. He is one of the three vampire hunters with Episode and Dramaturgy, who stole both of Kiss-shot's arms. After he was defeated by Araragi, he attempts to slay a full-powered Kiss-Shot but is killed and consumed.
