He was introduced in ep. 8 as the manager of Sentucky Fired Chicken or SFC, MgRonald's rival fast food chain in Hatagaya district. He apparently has a thing for beautiful girls. His true identity is the archangel Sariel, who came to Japan to retrieve Emi's sword, "Better Half".
