Originally introduced as Yato's girlfriend that he frequently shakes down for money, Kofuku is later revealed to be the infamous Binbougami - a Japanese Goddess of Poverty. She goes by the cover name "Kofuku Ebisu" in order to make it seem as though she is a god of fortune. She has a Shinki named Daikoku.
