Troy Baker is an American actor and voice actor who works with anime films, television series, as well as video games.

Before pursuing acting, Baker was the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for the indie-rock band Tripp Fontaine, which released the radio single "Burning Out" from their debut album "Random Thoughts On A Paper Napkin" in 2003.

He is best known for his video game roles, including Joel Miller in The Last of Us franchise, Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite. His voice can also be heard in video game titles including Tales of Vesperia, Brothers in Arms, Red Faction: Guerrilla, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Final Fantasy XIII, Transformers: War for Cybertron, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Catherine, Batman: Arkham City, and Saints Row: The Third.
