His cinematic breakthrough came with the title role in Leonardo Favio's "Juan Moreira" (1973), a performance that established him as one of the most important actors of his generation. With an extensive career in film, theater and television, he participated in memorable productions such as "Del brazo y por la calle" (1966), "Los muchachos de antes no usaban gomina" (1969), and the telenovelas "Malevo" (1972) and "El Gato" (1976).
