Liverpool FC: One Night in May Liverpool FC: One Night in May (2005) Character: Himself
Sky One UK documentary showing events leading up to, during and after Liverpool Football Club's historic fifth European Cup victory, where the team fought back from 3-0 at half time, to win the game on penalties.
Big Dunc: The Story of a Goodison Hero Big Dunc: The Story of a Goodison Hero (2008) Character: Self
Duncan Ferguson was a Goodison Park hero. Arriving initially on loan from Glasgow Rangers in 1994 he very quickly became an Evertonian idol. His robust, brave, yet undoubtedly skilful style endeared him to the supporters and a towering header that found the net against Liverpool just after his arrival rubber-stamped his reputation. BIG DUNC tells the whole amazing story of how a gangly youth from the Scottish town of Stirling became one of the most feared and iconic centre-forwards in the Premier League. This Official Everton DVD covers Ferguson s career from schoolboy football, through Dundee United, Glasgow Rangers, his two spells at Goodison, a stay at Newcastle United and an all-too brief international career with Scotland. But, as with most comic-book heroes, there are ups and downs in equal measure. The goals and the glory, the injuries and the red cards, the brushes with the law, the burglaries and the pigeons.
Fifteen Minutes That Shook the World Fifteen Minutes That Shook the World (2009) Character: Himself
Investigative journalist Alan Wacker (Andrew Schofield) arrives in Liverpool to unravel the truth behind the historical 2005 Champion’s League final fight back in Istanbul.
Shankly: Nature’s Fire Shankly: Nature’s Fire (2017) Character: Himself
SHANKLY: NATURE'S FIRE explores the remarkable life and career of BILL SHANKLY, the legendary Liverpool Football Club manager who came to leave such a legacy in his adopted home city. The film is a nostalgic journey into the origins of the world's favourite game, and how legends are born and transcend generations. Perhaps no one before or since has personified the spirit of the working class culture that gave birth to the modern game. Shankly's passion for football was boundless to the point of obsession. This unique feature length documentary is an exploration of the determination and commitment to community that emerged from Britain's industrial heartlands and manifested itself in this unstoppable game: creating a love affair still etched in the hearts of the generations that followed.
Make Us Dream Make Us Dream (2018) Character: Self
Steven Gerrard became perhaps the greatest player in the history of Liverpool FC, but did so when success and trophies were declining. It became his personal mission to lift the famous club back to the top. That loyalty raised him to God-like status with Liverpool fans, but was an unbearable burden, bringing with it a profound sense of responsibility to live up to their and his own expectations.
Goal III: Taking on the World Goal III: Taking on the World (2009) Character: Self
Mexican footballer Santiago Muñez, along with his best friends and England national team players Charlie Braithwaite and Liam Adams, are selected for their respective national teams at the 2006 FIFA World Cup Finals in Germany.
