Biography

Erasmo Esteves OMC (Rio de Janeiro, June 5, 1941 – Rio de Janeiro, November 22, 2022), known artistically as Erasmo Carlos, was a Brazilian singer, composer, actor, musician, multi-instrumentalist and writer. One of the pioneers of rock in Brazil, in the 1960s he partnered with singer and composer Roberto Carlos, composing several songs together, which they recorded on their albums in their solo career.
