A famous Iraqi actress. She grew up in an artistic house, she entered the world of art when she was a student at the Institute of Fine Arts in 1975. She participated in many local, regional and international festivals. She participated in the first film Another Day. and participated in Al-Qadisiyya, Which participated in many festivals, Moscow Festival and the Cannes Festival and the Carlo Pifario Festival. From her Works: Abu ja'far almansour and The Bitter Departure.

Zaman is a sweet and sad story about love and devotion, hope and fear. Zaman (Sami Kaftan), and his wife, Najma (Shatha Salim), have built their happy life together in their house of reeds and, though childless, adopted a boy, Yacine (Hussein Imad), orphaned by the 1991 Gulf War.
