However, Meral's conceited, snobbish, and spoiled behavior bothers Selim and causes him to not want to marry her. One day, when no one is in the classroom, Gül plays the piano and sings. Selim, who has come to pick up Meral from school, thinks that Gül, whose voice he likes very much, is a student at the school. He meets her and invites her to his birthday party. Gül accepts the invitation, but Meral reveals that she is a cleaner. Gül is embarrassed. However, Selim is very fond of her, and their relationship progresses.
