Pak Merdeka and Mak Asiah try not to show favoritism between their adopted son, Azim, and their biological son, Zaki. Now Pak Merdeka has reached the golden age of 59 years old. Mak Asiah has passed away, but during her lifetime, Pak Merdeka wanted to spend the rest of his life with his children and chose to stay with Zaki, who is married. Despite Azim's persistent attempts to convince Pak Merdeka to live with him, Pak Merdeka gives various excuses. Since childhood, Azim has tried to win Pak Merdeka's heart even though he is only an adopted son, and he genuinely loves Pak Merdeka, yet for some reason Pak Merdeka stubbornly refuses to live with him. On the other hand, in his own son's home, Pak Merdeka's presence is disliked by Zaki's wife, Sarah. "Adik Manja Returns" is the long-awaited sequel to the successful "Adik Manja" directed by Othman Hafsham. However, Sofia is unable to control the discipline problems that plague the institution, so she resorts to seeking Azmi (Dharma Harun Al Rashid), something that her late mother advised her to do should she face those problems. Apparently, two rival dance groups known as Shuffle and Hip Hop, which are led by queen bees Bib and Su, respectively, are stirring up trouble among the other students.
