Born in Vilnius, Lithuanian SSR, USSR. Lithuanian and Soviet theater and film actor, theater director and teacher. In 1982 he graduated from the acting department of the Lithuanian State Conservatory. In 1982-1990 - actor of the State Academic Drama Theater of the Lithuanian SSR. Since 1990 - actor of the Vilnius Small Theater. Teaches at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater.
