Manuel Mercado Lapid (21 August 1955) is a Filipino actor and politician. He is best known for his roles in the film franchises Leon Guerrero (1968-1981) and Da Best in da West (1984-1996), as well as in the films Kastilyong Buhangin (1980), Hari ng Gatilyo (1985), Lapu-Lapu (2002), and Apag (2022).
