Five flashy Roidmudes seem to be causing a “thick air” event, and when Shinnosuke goes to investigate, turns out the problem was being caused by a yokai. After arresting the red one, Shinnosuke starts interrogating. He claims to be a ninja fighting yokai and that he’ll show Shinnosuke. While this uneven pair squabble, Kyuemon Izayoi and the Roidmudes were putting a terrible plan in progress.

A live show that was performed across Japan in March and April of 2015, acting as a final farewell for the cast. It comprises two parts: a scripted show part, and a talk show with the cast. This show features the only appearance of Yami No 0gou. The Ninningers also appear.

The Ninningers come across a new enemy, Dark Doctor Mavro, a remnant of the Shadow Line, who created his own, evil version of Aka Ninger serving under him by stealing the real Aka Ninger's Nintality, and because of it, Takaharu's life is now in danger. All hope seems lost until the Ninningers meet the ToQgers, who fought and defeated the Shadow Line in the past, and it's up to them to join forces in order to overcome this new crisis.

The evil organization Shocker alters history by sending their newest creation, Kamen Rider 3, to defeat Kamen Riders 1 and 2 back in 1973. In the alternate present, Shocker is more powerful than ever, and most of the Kamen Riders are now either imprisoned or brainwashed to work for them. One such brainwashed Rider is Shinnosuke Tomari who thanks to his partner Kiriko Shijima, remembers the truth and joins forces with the remaining Kamen Riders who are still at large to make a stand against Shocker and put history back on its proper course.

However, Lord Hakkaku has been turned into a strange dinosaur-like creature by a strange curse, while Kibaoni Army Corps general Juza Yumihari has arrived in the village as well, seeking its "legendary evil dragon".

After arguing about whose fashion sense is better, Takaharu and Kinji go outside with their costumes to be judged by the public. Expectedly, they are laughed at due to their outrageous costumes. They then notice a dark aura surrounding several stones, which Kinji depicts as Hyakki Yakou, an event in summer where a hundred Youkai would revive and destroy the town at night.

Guided by the gift she receives, Fumika travels to Otaru and finds her way to Kuno. Though surprised, Kuno can’t hide his joy. For reasons he cannot reveal, he does not tell her the truth—but Fumika is, in fact, his real daughter. Soon, the grudges Kuno carries from his past ignite violent conflicts in the underworld, drawing the two of them in.
