A diminutive character actor, Mansi was best known for his recurring role as Von Smallhausen in ’Allo, ’Allo (1985-92). But he was already an experienced performer on stage and screen, with television credits including It’s A Square World (1963) and films such as Help! (1965) and The Italian Job (1969).
