The Impostor The Impostor (1984) Character: Tony
After being released from prison, small-time con artist Cade tracks down his old girlfriend. When she rebuffs him, he fakes his past in order to get hired as the principal of the school where she teaches, in the hopes of winning her back. Cade soon begins to take a sincere interest in the welfare of his students, and enlists the help of his friend Matthew to break a drug-dealing network that has infested the school.
First Steps First Steps (1985) Character: John
Teenage Nan Davis is left paralyzed in a car accident and has a tough time accepting her new wheelchair-bound life. One day she hears about new research by Dr. Jerrold Petrofsky, about using external electric stimulations to enable paralyzed people to use their frozen muscles. She enters the research as a test subject and gets her reward when she walks up to receive her college diploma.
One True Thing One True Thing (1998) Character: Casey
A career woman reassesses her parents' lives after she is forced to care for her cancer-stricken mother.
Yours Unfaithfully Yours Unfaithfully (2021) Character: Dr. Alan Kirby
An “un-romantic comedy” about the price of free love, Yours Unfaithfully is an insightful, intelligent and exceptionally intimate peek behind the closed doors of an open marriage. Stephen and Anne, blissfully happy for eight years, are committed to living up to their ideals. When Stephen, a writer who isn’t writing, begins to sink into a funk of unproductive moodiness, Anne encourages him to seek out a fresh spark. Can their marriage survive uncompromising generosity, sacrifice and love? More than the story of an unconventional couple, the play is about what happens when our ideals clash with our emotions.
South Pacific South Pacific (2010) Character: Morton Wise
Navy ensign Nellie Forbush and Marine lieutenant Joseph Cable find love and confront bigotry (including their own prejudices) while stationed in the South Pacific during World War II. Filmed version of the 2008 Broadway revival featuring the original cast. Original broadcast on the PBS series "Live From Lincoln Center" (season 35, episode 3).
