To assist the meteorologists, hydrologist Mirsaid arrives by helicopter from Stalinabad. For the helicopter pilot, Petr, every flight to Obi-Safed is a joy — his fiancée Vika is there. For the young, confident hydrologist Mirsaid, these flights are also not without interest, as he is actively courting Dilbar, much to Rajab’s dismay. Meanwhile, danger approaches.
