But only the youngest one is able to forgive him and she is willing to take care of him despite the threat of expulsion from the order.

The confrontation results in the revelation that the winner is not always the one whose arm is raised by the referee after the last round.

He beat up his wife's lover, to whom he must also pay compensation. Marek hides this from the other members of the group because he is ashamed. Maco, out of friendship with Marko, attributes non-existent trucks to the group, which, of course, backfires. However, the team eventually shows its strength and works off the undeserved reward.

Even the famous warrior Alcibiades knows the ingratitude of Athens. When he speaks on behalf of a soldier sentenced to death for a minor offense, the senators expel him from the city. Alcibiades, a man of action, does not give up, defeats Athens, and conquers it. However, he finds Timon already dead.

They persuaded the poor Ľavkovs to give them their son Ďurek as their own and marry him to Zuzka, with the understanding that they would transfer all the property to them after their death.

The poster-like, purely ideological story succumbs to paper-like dialogues and plots, and the narrative portrayal hardly convinces of the credibility of the whole story.

And he refuses to change his order, even when it turns out that drunkenness is to blame for the unfortunate incident. But the villagers get justifiably angry and take up arms.

He wishes he had a woman, but the woman he really wants, ageing Viera who reloads the cargoes, has a soft spot for another man. So, Pišta has nobody and nothing, except for senile mother who sometimes fails to recognize him. The film received Silver Bear for Best Director at the International Film Festival in Berlin.
