Spencer Kayden (January 30, 1971, in Costa Mesa, California, USA) is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She is known for her role as Little Sally in the Broadway musical Urinetown (2001) and as a cast member of the sketch comedy series MADtv. She appeared in films such as Big Stan (2007), The Horse Whisperer (1998), and C Me Dance (2009). She also voiced Mrs. Pepper in the children's series Blue’s Clues. In theater, she performed in Don’t Dress for Dinner (2012) on Broadway. She has received multiple awards for her work, including the Clarence Derwent Award and the Outer Critics Circle Award. Kayden is the sister of film director Michael Almereyda and has been married to actor Mark Harelik since 2004. They have one child together.
