Their first fatal mistake was refusing a cup of coffee from the boarding house owner, Aunt Susan, a mysterious figure who strictly adheres to traditions and mystical values passed down through generations. This refusal was considered rude and triggered a “curse of refusal”—the belief that turning down a gift can bring bad luck. This is where the terror began. A series of strange and terrifying events started to unfold, turning their content expedition into a life-and-death struggle against an unseen force.

Mencadin's arrival is believed to be a sign of an unsent message or an unavenged grudge.
