He starts to mix up words in his replies, so they come in a wrong order, thereby causing a comic effect. He also makes deliberate jokes in some of his comments. At last one of his assistants arrives with a cup of Gevalia coffee. The director brightens, and says that this at least is a product which no one wants to replace by something else.
