Biography

Ren Kaburagi is a Japanese singer. She is the lead singer of J-Pop band Juliana no Tatari (Juliana's Curse). A descendant of Nakatomi Kamatari, she is a qualified Shinto priest. Her family home is Katsuro Shrine in Sakado City, Saitama Prefecture, where she serves as a priest during the New Year holidays. She also works as an illustrator, and has worked on official Juliana no Tatari (Juliana's Curse) merchandise, as well as merchandise and T-shirts for other artists.

This coming-of-age drama depicts the friendship and growth of girls competing in the Kendama World Championships. Maya Sakurai and Michiru Honjo were best friends at the same junior high school, but a freak accident left Michiru confined to a wheelchair and her transfer to another school. Feeling alone and devastated by a sense of loss, Maya discovers the sport of "street kendama" and decides to compete in the world championship, "CATCH & FLOW."
