The plan is simple: the three generals Weingarten, Ludovico and Klotz from San Chaco set a hitman on their doubles Stephan, Kralle and Peter, who live in Germany, in order to fake their deaths and also lighten the state coffers by 300 million dollars. But as is the case with simple plans in movies, they usually don't work. This 1980s curiosity was a commercial flop and ultimately led to the break-up of the band Trio.
