Maricel Soriano (born Maria Cecilia Dador Soriano; February 25, 1965) is a Filipina film and television actress. Dubbed "The Diamond Star", she has been active since 1971, appearing in over a hundred credits in a career spanning fifty-years. Soriano is the third most awarded film actress of all time in the Philippines, holding nineteen Best Actress wins including FAMAS Awards Best Actress and Luna Award for Best Actress.
