Kevin Mark Howarth is a British film and television actor best known for roles such as Max the “smooth talking psychopath” in The Last Horror Movie; Peter, the mentally disturbed drifter in Summer Scars, and Viktor the psychotic brothel keeper in The Seasoning House. Howarth graduated with distinction from the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
