This is the first part of an omnibus TV drama special production starring three popular idols at that time, namely Nakayama Miho, Oginome Yoko, and Koizumi Kyoko. The stories, or mysterious events, all started with the revelation of the anomaly phenomenon by Horaguchi-sensei, the trio's physics teacher. The anomaly is due to the concurrent event of Hinamatsuri and the visit of Halley's comet to the inner solar system on March 3rd. Horaguchi-sensei teaches the class how to make use of the anomaly to unlock a mysterious event. This can be done by using any camera while chanting the specific keywords when pressing the camera shutter. From there, three separately mysterious events involving the three heroines began.

Winter Days is a 2003 animated film, directed by Kihachirō Kawamoto. It is based on one of the renku (collaborative linked poems) in the 1684 collection of the same name by the 17th-century Japanese poet Bashō. The creation of the film followed the traditional collaborative nature of the source material – the visuals for each of the 36 stanzas were independently created by 35 different animators. As well as many Japanese animators, Kawamoto assembled leading names of animation from across the world. Professor Nishiyama, after studying and interpreting the prophecies of Nostradamus, realizes that the end of the world is at hand. Unfortunately, nobody listens to him until it is too late. As the effects of mankind's tampering of the earth - radioactive smog clouds, hideously mutated animals, destruction of the ozone layer - rage out of control, the world leaders hurtle blindly toward the final confrontation. The film sparked controversy in Japan and was subsequently pulled out of circulation, with no official video release of the uncut film.

In this Japanese drama, a village girl goes to Tokyo and becomes a hooker to support her ailing mother. While there she meets an unmarried teacher (at least he says he's unmarried) and falls in love. When she learns that he lied and is married to a woman whose child was fathered by another man, she is crushed. He returns to his wife. The woman becomes more distraught when she learns her uncle has misused the money she has sent. As the final straw, her mother dies, and the girl becomes sick.
