Alberto Aguilera Valadez (Parácuaro, January 7, 1950-Santa Mónica, August 28, 2016), known artistically as Juan Gabriel, was a Mexican singer, composer, producer and actor. He is considered one of the most successful artists in Latin America, as well as one of the greatest composers and best-known figures in the musical world within Mexico and Latin America.
