Tutorial: How to Kill a Racist
In a dystopian future a resistance fighter calling himself "The Tutor" makes an instructional tape detailing how to kill racists using security footage of himself breaking into a government facility and killing the personnel there who are torturing and killing citizens who have been caught engaging in pro interracial relations.
